Liability for the content of the web pages
We have attempted to formulate the content of our web pages as correctly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the content of our web pages is correct, complete and updated at all times. In accordance with Section 7, first subsection of the German telecommunications act (TMG), we, as the service provide, are liable for own content on the web pages, as stipulated by overall legislation and regulations. In accordance with Sections 8 to 10 of the German telecommunications act, we are not obligated to check other content transferred or stored, nor to initiate investigations in connection with suspicion of illegal activity. However, we are still obligated to follow general legislation and regulations regarding removal or exclusion of information. Liability in connection with publication of such content only arises after we have gained knowledge of a specific violation of the law.
As soon as we are made aware of such violations of the law, such content will be removed immediately.
Liability for links
Our web pages contain links to other web pages, with content we cannon influence. Therefore, we are not liable for the content of web pages that belong to others. Only the provider or owner of these pages are liable for their content. We have checked the linked pages for possible illegal activity before making the link. We did not find any illegal content at the time of the linking. A sustained inspection of the linked pages cannot be expected from us, as long as there is no suspicion of specific illegal activity. As soon as we are made aware of any violation of the law, we will remove such links immediately.

The company is not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution front of a consumer arbitration service with regard to § 36 (1) Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG,german law). Nevertheless the possibility of dispute resolution by a consumer arbitration service remains in case of a concrete conflict with the agreement of both contracting parties.
